What you'll do
- Track the IPO pipeline — upcoming issues, dates, price bands, issue sizes
- Analyze DRHPs/RHPs — financials, use of proceeds, risk factors, valuation
- Value first-time issuers against listed peers and the issue price band
- Monitor subscription data (QIB / NII / retail) and grey-market context
- Cover post-listing performance and build a track record of issue calls
Requirements
- 2–5 years in equity research, investment banking, or primary markets
- Ability to read and dissect a DRHP/RHP quickly
- Solid valuation skills — comparables, relative valuation for new issuers
- Understanding of the Indian IPO process (mainboard + SME)
- Clear written output — a tight apply/avoid note with reasoning

- Investment banking / ECM exposure
- NISM or CFA (any level)
- Track record of public IPO calls
