About Tapetide

What you'll do
- Construct and rebalance equity portfolios against a defined mandate and risk budget
- Size positions and manage concentration, sector, and market-cap exposure
- Combine top-down (flows, valuations, macro) with bottom-up stock selection
- Monitor portfolio P&L, drawdowns, and attribution
- Set and enforce risk limits — stop-loss discipline, exposure caps
Requirements
- 5–10 years in portfolio management, fund management, or senior buy-side research
- Proven track record of constructing and managing equity portfolios
- Strong risk-management instincts and process discipline
- Deep understanding of valuation, position sizing, and portfolio theory
- Ability to articulate and defend a portfolio strategy
Nice to have
- CFA / SEBI-PMS or AIF experience
- Quantitative or factor-based portfolio experience
- Track record across a full market cycle
